On The Secret Life of an American Politician, the politicians and their guests of choice will tell the listeners all about their favorite snacks, drinks, morning route, and answer YOUR question submissions! Your questions can be submitted on the Instagram account, @thesecretlifeofanamericanpolitician !! This podcast will consist of an interview and a hilarious game show! The game show will have trivia questions about television shows, the state of the nation, sports history questions, random catchphrases, and more. The podcast will last forty minutes; twenty minutes of interview and twenty minutes of
game show. It will be entertaining and suitable for the whole family.
About the podcast: The podcast will be hosted by Corynn Gates and will be released bi-weekly at 7 p.m. MST, until 7:40 p.m. MST. The podcast will be located on Spotify, Apple Music, and Youtube! The Secret Life of an American Politician podcast will fill families with information and

1. “The Secret Life of an American Politician” Podcast Release
2. This podcast is a fun spin off of a Trivia Game Show and a way of seeing the life of a politician behind closed doors. With the recent conspiracy theories regarding the stolen election in Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, during this podcast, people will be able to see the other side of their politicians. This may also be a chance for people to laugh alongside their politicians and support them, not only for their political views, but also for their personalities. One political benefit for this podcast is the potential prevention of death threats.
3. To humanize politicians by allowing normal citizens a window view into the lives of the people who run their nation. This podcast will also demonstrate a politician’s capability to remain calm under pressure during a hilarious trivia game show with two politicians and their chosen guests.
4. The target audience is middle aged men, women, and non-binary people who are desiring to understand the objectives of either future/ current politicians or young people wanting to become more comfortable with politicians before voting. (3-5 audience type)
   1. Enjoys learning about their politicians before they are elected- believes voting is important- middle age people 
   2. People who enjoy trivia game shows- or shows like Family Feud- ages 70 and up?
   3. Young people interested in beginning to vote and want to learn more about future politicians
5. I do not believe that there are any competitors in regards to this podcast theme. This concept is very different, but I think it is capable of being very powerful.

1. Your politicians have a family. They can be funny. They joke around. They are humans too! 
2. Consumers are able to view their politicians in a light other than politics. The new and interesting component of this podcast is creating a comedic political interview with politicians and their families with a game show at the end.
3. The beginning of this podcast is very conversational. I am having a normal, but commedic, conversation with politicians and their families, discussing their experiences in the political field. At the end, the attitude will be more silly and loud.
4. I want my audience to begin feeling more comfortable with politicians and potentially increase the amount of voters.
5. “If you enjoyed this podcast, please leave a good review and click the follow button! The Instagram name is xyz, please follow it and message us regarding fun new trivia topics!!” We will buy Snapchat and Instagram ads, along with making fun stickers for people to put on their water bottles. I am also a member of Model UN and the Speech and Debate team. I will ask the team members to listen to the podcast and I will ask people who work with my father and mother to listen to the podcast.
